Founder Era Merkl

I am the founder and director of a global non-profit and peacebuilder working toward a more harmonious world – one world, one love, one heart. A student of Ageless Wisdom, spiritual enthusiast, lover of humanity and truth seeker, I started my journey 6 years ago inspired by a great artist, humanitarian and Brazilian photographer extraordinaire Sebastiao Salgado, since then my life will never be the same.  I’ve met many outstanding men and women who impacted my life in very special ways. Trials and tribulations have brought me closer to the Creator and his creation, man. It has been a remarkable journey and I am grateful for each and every absolutely amazing experience that have transformed my life on a very profound level. I feel blessed and would love to share my Dharma as well as my spiritual journey with others and help re-discover their true purpose and become who they are meant to be.

The documentary that not only profoundly moved me but transformed me and inspired the emergence of the United Global Public Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to the establishment of right human relations, promotion and practical application of spiritual principles and values upon which a stable and harmonious world can be built was entitled “The Salt of the Earth”

Emily Maroutian said that if you want to know where to find your contribution to the world, look at your wounds. When you learn how to heal them, teach others. Indeed, so true. It is impossible to change another person unless they are ready to change. The only way to change the world is by changing ourselves first.  We can succeed transforming the world into a better society only by transforming our personal selves. 

There is no life manual to teach us to live happily and be at peace with the world around us, to love right (not selfishly) but unconditionally. Big heart requires cultivation, nourishment and compassion. It is easy to say and hard to achieve. But we are not alone. By sharing experiences, knowledge and wisdom we learn our lessons and grow, change and become better selves. Everyone has important wisdom for life and insight to share and each story is rooted in self-knowledge. Virtues can be interpersonal as well.

Community engagement is essential and life is much better if you can help each other grow and expand your knowledge, experience and make this adventure we call LIFE a joyful journey.
